Right of Withdrawal

The Customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty. and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery

Orders placed during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00) will be processed on the same day. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays so they are made on the first following working day.

Delivery times are 2/3 working days.

Deliveries are made via GLS courier for deliveries in Italy and with DHL for deliveries abroad.

The cost of domestic shipping is paid by PHILIP MARTIN’S. 

The shipping cost for CEE + Switzerland + Cities customers is: of the Vatican + Albania is of 25.00 €.

Returns and Exchanges

Within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods, the consumer who is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. Within the aforementioned 10-day period, all purchased products must be returned to the sender-supplier, under penalty of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, under the following conditions:  ;

  • The returned goods must be perfectly intact and in their original packaging.

  • Until arrival at PHILIP MARTIN’S headquarters, the shipment is under full responsibility of the customer.

  • The relevant transport costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer-consumer.

PHILIP MARTIN’S will not respond. in any way for damage or theft/loss of products returned by uninsured or uninsured shipments. will withdraw under no circumstances will parcels be paid on delivery or freight collect.
