The interview
When did you become a hairdresser and a beautician?
“Our salon was created out of the need for a physical place and a showcase of our products dedicated to all customers in Spain who work with our brand PHILIP MARTIN'S. A place where we can define our identity: in addition to the salon we have a training room, where we share time and knowledge with all of our customers. After 11 years of distributing PHILIP MARTIN'S, we believed it was time to share a brand identity with all our followers ”.
What are the benefits of a Philip Martin's Concept Store?
"The quality, the image, the commercial proposal, the visibility and strength in the sector".
How did you find out about the brand?
"We were looking for a company that created products with a high concentration of natural components and few chemical ingredients and this is how together we discovered a professional company in the sector. Later on we also found the brand in some magazines and we decided to contact Philip Martin's for a meeting."
Which are the Philip Martin's products that you immediately liked?
“We were instantly astounded by the products for skin and scalp care, then we fell in love with the coloring line and finally with the lightening powders”.
Is there a product you are particularly fond of?
"There are many, actually the majority of them, but I would say SCALP BENEFIT is our favourite, thanks to its performance, its ability to give a sensation of well-being and relief and its problem solving power it's exceptional".
What difference does "Made of Italy" make?
"It distinguishes quality: Italians have always created quality brands and products".
Which products have the greatest impact on your customers and why?
“Normally, The Hair Colours, the Lightening Powders and the Hair and Skin Care Lines. They appreciate the results and textures that are obtained at the same time and how hair returns to its former beauty and softness with the anti-aging action.
Which is the one Philip Martin's product that you always carry with you?
“At the moment Hygien it spray, but it always used to be Purifying Wash and Scalp Benefit”.
Can you reveal a professional secret?
"The Henna Acid Cream added to Color Split colors: it ensures the sealing of the hair cuticle and that the color lasts longer in terms of shine, intensity and anti-aging".
