Right of Withdrawal
The Customer who, for any reason, is not satisfied with the purchase, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: PHILIP MARTIN’S, with operational headquarters in Altavilla Vicentina (VI) in Via Brenta, 34.
In this communication, the Customer must also communicate their correct IBAN code, complete with every detail necessary for crediting the amount to be refunded.
The shipping costs for returning the products are the Customer's responsibility. The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. If the Seller finds damages and/or breakages to the goods returned by the Customer, or if they verify that the withdrawal has been exercised beyond the deadline of 10 working days from the receipt of the goods, the right of withdrawal cannot be granted, the Seller will not refund the purchase price and will put the parcel available to the Customer, who can take it back at your own expense and care.
If all the conditions for valid withdrawal exist, and the returned goods are found to be intact, the Seller will procede with the refund via bank transfer within 30 working days from receiving the goods.

Delivery
Orders placed during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 1.00 pm) will be taken care of on the same day. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not available and will be made the following working day.
Delivery times are 2/3 working days.
Deliveries are made by BRT Bartolini in Italy and DHL abroad.
The cost of domestic shipping is paid by PHILIP MARTIN’S.
The shipping cost for CEE + Switzerland + Vatican City + Albania is 25.00 €.
The shipping cost for the REST OF THE WORLD is 50.00 €.
If the courier's various attempts at delivery and contact with the customer are unsuccessful the goods will be shipped back to PHILIP MARTIN’S and the amount paid by the customer will be held back.
Upon delivery, the Customer must verify the content, conformity and status of the products. If the package is seriously damaged to the point that damage to the content can also be assumed, the Customer can refuse delivery of the goods by indicating the words "I REFUSE THE GOODS DUE TO DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the courier's transport document.
Any complaint must be in any case be formally transmitted to desk@philipmartins.it within a maximum of 72 hours from receipt of delivery, indicating the order number, the reason for the complaint and accompanying it with photographic material.
After 72 hours from taking charge of the delivery, the goods are considered accepted by the Customer in their entirety and nothing will be claimable from the Seller.
PHILIP MARTIN’S reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel, at its sole discretion, delivery or fulfillment of any of the obligations deriving from the sales contract, in case of alleged fraud, default or violation by the Customer of obligations assumed towards PHILIP MARTIN’S with previous orders and/or sales contracts.

Returns and Exchanges
The consumer who is not satisfied with the purchase has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and with no need to specify their reasons, within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods. They must then send us a written communication by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or, as required by art. 5 no. 4 of the Legislative Decree. n° 185/1999 to:

Within the aforementioned period of 10 days, all purchased products must be returned to the sender-supplier, under penalty of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, under the following conditions:

The returned goods must be perfectly intact and in their original packaging.

The application of labels or adhesive tapes on the original packaging of the product or on the product itself is prohibited.

Until arrival at PHILIP MARTIN’S headquarters, the shipment is under the customer's full responsibility.

The relevant transport costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer.
PHILIP MARTIN'S will not be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of products returned by uninsured shipments nor will it in any case collect cash on delivery or freight collect parcels.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, the supplier will refund them the sum they paid, without prejudice to any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written communication and of the goods by the consumer via the transfer procedure of the amount charged for the purchase of the goods (therefore excluding shipping costs) to the credit card or by bank transfer (in this case the customer will be responsible for providing their bank details).
